You have up to 14 days from the delivery of your order to change your mind and exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without any penalty.
All you need to do is:
– complete and submit the return form available by clicking the button below;
– wait for the return authorization email, which will also contain the shipping address;
– send the products, properly packaged, to the Seller using a courier of your choice.
Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
