Monitoring
You can track your shipment at any time, thanks to the online tracking service provided by the courier; you will be sent an e-mail containing the link to see step by step where exactly your shipment is and thus have a more certain view of when it will arrive at its destination. You will also receive a confirmation text message when the shipment is delivered to you. For this reason, we suggest that you always enter a mobile number when placing your order.
Precautions:
Upon delivery of the products, we recommend that you check that: the external packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials;the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
You have the right to contest any damage to the packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications by placing the written control reserve on the courier’s proof of delivery.
Transport safety
For our shipments we use reinforced packaging tested for the transport of fragile material such as glass.
The shipment is however insured for the value of the goods transported, therefore, any problem you encounter upon arrival of the goods, do not worry, you can request a replacement or refund using the appropriate replacement or refund form.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have up to 14 days from the delivery of the order to change your mind and withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty.
All you need to do is:
– fill out and submit the return form available on the website www.decanterino.com at the page: www.decanterino.com/modulo-di-reso/;
– wait for the return authorization email, which will also contain the shipping address;
– send the products, properly packaged, to the Seller, using a courier of your choice.
Once the return has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items using the same payment method used by you for the purchase of the products.
NON-CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCT
In the event that the goods received are faulty, defective or not compliant with the purchase order, write an e-mail to info@decanterino.com , which contains:
- The reference order number,
- images showing the nature of the damage,
- defectif you are requesting a refund or replacement of the product in question
Then wait for our acceptance e-mail, where, based on the option you have chosen between replacement and refund, you will be confirmed:
- sending the replacement goods, which you will receive within 10 days;
- confirmation of crediting of the amount spent.
In the event of a partial refund request, the refunded amount will be net of all shipping costs, where they have been incurred.
You will not have to return the faulty goods unless on our explicit notice.

General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale
These Online Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to the distance sale of the products illustrated and described on the website www.decanterino.com (hereinafter “Product(s)”).
1. OWNERSHIP OF THE SITE AND INFORMATION TO THE CONSUMER
Decanterino is a registered trademark of Wine Design Srl (hereinafter “Seller”), with registered office in Via Ca ‘Nova Zampieri 4 / E 37057 San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR), CF and VAT number. 04288530233 owner of the site www.decanterino.com (hereinafter “Site”).
These general conditions of sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), section II Distance contracts (articles 50 – 68) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. . 70/2003).The Customer will be identified through the data entered by the same during the purchase process. It is forbidden to provide false and / or invented data: the Seller is exonerated from any responsibility in this regard.
The product offers on the Site are aimed at adult customers. By placing an order through the Site, you warrant that you are over the age of 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order in the manner provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below.These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the customer and Wine Design srl, which invites you to carefully read these general conditions of sale. In the event of changes of the General Terms, the Conditions published on the Site at the time the order are sent by the Customer will apply to the order.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order by Wine Design srl. In this case Wine Design srl will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending an order confirmation email to the email address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation summarizes the selected items, their prices (including any transport costs) and the address for delivery. If the Customer does not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact the Seller immediately (see Communications paragraph).It is possible that occasional non-availability of the products offered may occur, duly reported; in this case the products cannot be ordered. In case of non-availability after the acceptance of the order, Wine Design srl undertakes to reimburse the relative amount.
4. SALE PRICES
The prices of the Products (hereinafter “Price / s”) and shipping costs (hereinafter “Shipping Costs”) are those indicated on the Site and highlighted at the time of order completion. They are expressed in Euro (€) and are to be considered inclusive of VAT and any other costs associated with customs duties.
5. TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following payments methods:
- Credit card and pre-paid card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aurea, Discover
- Paypal: major credit and prepaid cards are accepted via Paypal. Payment will be made without any additional charge.
With the Paypal option, the Customer will be redirected to the Paypal site to complete the transaction.
It should be noted that the Seller is not able to know the information relating to the Customer’s credit card, which is managed directly by the third party who administers the payment. For this reason the Seller will not be aware of such data, nor will it keep them.
In no case can the Seller therefore be held responsible for the fraudulent use of credit and prepaid cards by third parties.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Wine Design Srl accepts orders only for delivery in the European Union. Delivery costs are charged to the customer and adequately highlighted in the order. Delivery, by specialized carriers, will take place within:
- 5 (five) working days in the Italian territory
- 10 (ten) working days in the rest of the European Union on the date the order confirmation is sent.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that:
- the external packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials;
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by the Customer by putting WRITTEN CHECK RESERVE on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s delivery document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the packaging.Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be promptly reported to Wine Design Srl within 8 (eight) days of delivery (see section “NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS”).
Each shipment contains:
- the Products ordered and any gifts;
- the transport document;
- any accompanying documentation required in the country of dispatch;
- any information and marketing material.
The Products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase. The Customer will be entitled to receive the Products at a delivery address of his choice, provided that the address is located within the European Union.Failure to collect the Products after repeated delivery attempts and / or in any case within 30 days of the first attempt will result in the cancellation of the Order and the refund of the amount paid, net of all direct costs (shipping and handling of the products), and will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase.For each accepted order, Wine Design Srl issues an invoice for the products purchased, sending it by email to the order holder, within 15 days from the date of purchase. The commercial document / purchase invoice relating to the Order will also be made available in the Customer’s area of the Site.For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer prevails. No data changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded on the Site, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, returning to the Seller all or part of the Products purchased.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within the term of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of delivery of the Products to the Customer or a person in charge of the same.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must follow the following procedure:

- wait for an e-mail confirming the return entry
- send the Products duly packaged to the Seller by courier chosen by the Customer.
The Seller will refund the Customer the sums paid for the purchase of the returned Products within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Customer sends the return form, provided that the Seller has already received the return of the goods, being able, until then, to withhold the refund.The Seller will use the same payment method used for the purchase of the Products for the re-credit, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to receive the refund from the Seller by another method.If the right of withdrawal is exercised without respecting the methods described above, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund. In this case, the Customer will receive within 10 (ten) days of sending the return form the communication of the non-acceptance of the return and the related reasons. If the returned goods are not compliant, the product will be re-shipped to the Customer.
8. NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
In the event that the goods received are faulty, defective or non-compliant with the purchase order, the Customer can write an email to info@decanterino.com , which contains:
- The reference order number,
- images showing the nature of the damage,
- defectif you are requesting a refund or replacement of the product in question.
The right to replace / refund goods is exercised no later than 8 (eight) working days from the date of receipt of the products.If the option to replace the goods is chosen, once the replacement goods have been confirmed by e-mail from the seller, the replacement goods will be delivered within 10 (ten) working days. Shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

11. APPLICABLE LAW, SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
The sales contract between the Customer and the Seller is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Verona.
12. MODIFICATION AND UPDATE
The Customer will be asked to accept only the Online Conditions in force at the time of purchase. The new versions of the Online Conditions will be effective from the date of publication of the same on the Site and in relation to Orders submitted after that date.
